Become an Outreach Coordinator with Speak2Mentor
At Speak2Mentor, we’re seeking passionate individuals to join us as Outreach Coordinators. This pivotal role involves establishing connections with schools and education decision-makers to expand our initiative’s reach.
Role Responsibilities
- School Outreach: Initiate contact and engage with school principals and board of education decision-makers to introduce Speak2Mentor's mission and onboard them for participation.
- Regular Meetings: Commit to meeting schools and educational authorities once a week for 2-4 hours, preferably on weekdays, to present our initiative and discuss collaboration opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with school representatives, fostering a positive perception of Speak2Mentor and its impact on student development.
- Feedback Collection: Coordinate with teachers and school staff regularly to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify areas for improvement in our mentorship programs.
Expectations from Volunteers
- Passion for Contribution: A genuine drive to contribute positively to society and make a meaningful impact on students' lives through mentorship initiatives.
- Strong Relationship Skills: Ability to establish and maintain relationships with school authorities, effectively presenting the benefits of Speak2Mentor's programs.
